Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Pune.
● Develop and maintain client relationships.
● Present advertising services to prospective clients.
● Negotiate and finalize contracts.
● Collaborate with internal teams for project success.
● Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
● Good communication skills for BDE; advertising agency experience for BDM.
● Proven business development or sales experience in advertising.
● Strong understanding of advertising concepts.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: BDE ( 0-3 years) / BDM (3-6 years)
